What are the washing conditions?
Here are our recommendations for caring for our clothes: wash them in cold water on a delicate cycle, avoid the dryer to prevent shrinkage, and prefer drying flat. For ironing, use a moderate temperature. All instructions are written on the label of each garment.
What are the delivery times for your products?
We process and package your order in 1-3 business days. Then, for standard delivery with Canada Post, it takes 2 to 9 business days.
I have a problem with my order, what should I do?

Can I return/refund my order?
Yes, it is possible to return or get a refund for your order. You have 14 days after receipt of the package to contact us by email at info@unexpectedco.com and explain the reason for your exchange or refund request. Clothing must be intact, unworn, with tags and in its original packaging. Once we receive your return and verify that everything is in order, we will process the exchange and/or refund. Please note that the refund may take a few days to appear on the same card used for purchase. Also note that we do not cover return delivery costs, these will be your responsibility.
